Pharmaceutical companies have a responsibility to place safe products into the bodies of the people that use them. Sometimes there is a rush to approve a product placing profits over people. Mass torts over pharmaceutical litigation are expensive and often take considerable time. Jason T. Brown, the head of the firm has seen cases from start to finish and our firm is open to hear from you if you think you’ve been injured by a bad product that isn’t listed. We only take the cases on a contingency basis, so we’re only paid if we win your matter.
For 2018 our priority Mass Tort Matters we’re litigating are:
» IVC filter injuries. Even the placement of certain IVC’s could have long term consequences, and according to an FDA report, they are likely to shatter, migrate or perforate.
» Talcum powder – ovarian cancer links. Long term talcum usage in the genital region has been linked to ovarian cancer.
» Taxotere – A cancer treatment linked to permanent hair loss, when there is a safer alternative available without the same long term side effects.
» Xarelto -This has been linked to uncontrollable bleeding.
» Benzene Injuries – exposure linked to Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), Multiple myeloma, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
» Mesothelioma – signature cancer unfortunately caused from the hidden risks of asbestos exposure.
